Normally, for samples with your logo, if no tool needed, 3-5workdays to make it. If need tools, 15-20workdays to make the tool and sample. For mass order, 10-15workdays according to your mass order quantity and specifications.

We keep you updated during production by sending you pictures and videos.
10.What do you do for quality of my order?
Raw material inspection → Semi-finished products inspection before surface treatment → finished products inspection before packing → inspection reports available to you.
11.How do you pack my product? Can I have my packaging customized?
We pack every item by EPE, then have them packed with blister and carton box according to your requirements. Of course, we support customized package. Please contact us to discuss it now!
12.How to do if I receive the unsatisfied goods?
We make the product according to your requests and confirmed before mass production. If anything we have done wrong, we remake for you free of Charge.
13.What’s your payment term?
You can send us the payment by T/T, PayPal, Western Union. We accept 30% desposit & 70% balance before shipment. Or 30% desposit & 70% balance at sight of B/L copy
